Purchasing Standard Property
Nest Buyers Package :
One mortgage $1,590.00
No mortgage $1,390.00
Package additions:
Kiwisaver and Kainga Ora First Home Grants - $100.00 per application.
Due to some bank’s requirements there is an additional charge of $230.00 payable for lending with ANZ, Westpac, and some smaller banks may also have these requirements.

Selling Standard Property
Nest Sellers Package :
With one discharge of mortgage $1,390.00
With no mortgage $1,250.00

Refinance
Nest Refinancing Package :
The fee for standard refinancing from one bank to another on one property is $990.00 plus any additional title interests the bank requires.
Package additions:
Due to some bank’s requirements there is an additional charge of $230.00 payable for lending with ANZ, SBS and Westpac Banks (some smaller banks may also have these requirements).

Land and Build
Nest Land and Build Package :
Land and Build agreement with mortgage $1,980.00
Land and build agreement without mortgage $1,690.00
Land purchase with separate build contract with mortgage $2,100.00
Land purchase with a separate build contract without mortgage $1,810.00
Build contract $800.00
