Jo Shannon founded Nest legal & conveyancing to provide and create a new way of serving clients buying and selling property throughout New Zealand. An experienced Conveyancing Practitioner, having worked in several law firms, Jo knew her clients wanted a bespoke, tailored property transaction experience centred on their unique needs. Additionally, Jo is a board member of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers.

Nest’s clients are expertly guided through the legal process when transferring or financing property. Our main goal is to make it easier and less stressful for people transferring property.
